Hours
Although we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our normal "walk-in" business hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to a FBI representative at any time other than during normal business hours, please telephone our office at (972) 559-5000 or e-mail us at fbi.dallas@ic.fbi.gov.

Directions to the Dallas FBI Office:

From Northeast Tarrant County

  • Take Highway 114 eastbound.
  • Travel past Texas Stadium.
  • Exit “Story Lane-Spur 482”. Travel eastbound 1 ½ miles to first traffic light. Traffic light is Justice Way.
  • Turn left on Justice Way.

From North of Dallas:

  • Take Interstate 35E southbound.
  • Take exit #436 labeled “Loop 12 Spur 348.”
  • Almost immediately exit again at exit “Loop 12 Spur 348 Northwest Highway.” At the bottom of
    exit is the traffic light for Northwest Highway. Turn left on Northwest Highway.
  • Travel southbound 9/10 of a mile and exit onto “Story Lane-Spur 482”.
  • Travel westbound 3/10 of a mile to the first traffic light. This is Justice Way. Turn right.

From the West – Euless/Hurst/Bedford Area:

  • Take Highway 183 eastbound.
  • In the area of Texas Stadium Highway 183 splits. Stay to the left and take Spur 482.
  • Travel 1 ½ miles to the first traffic light. This is Justice Way. Turn Left.

From the West – Fort Worth Area:

  • Take Interstate 30 eastbound.
  • Exit onto Interstate 35E northbound.
  • Take exit 433A labeled “To Irving D/FW Airport”. This exit is on the left hand side.
  • As you approach Texas Stadium, look for Spur 482.
  • Exit onto Spur 482 westbound. This will put you on a frontage road at the CarMax auto
    dealership. Travel ½ mile, to the left side entrance onto Spur 482. Get onto Spur 482.
  • Travel 9/10 of a mile on Spur 482 to first traffic light. This is Justice Way. Turn left.

From the East:

  • Take Interstate 30 westbound.
  • Exit onto Interstate 35E northbound.
  • Take exit 433A labeled “To Irving D/FW Airport”. This exit is on the left hand side.
  • As you approach Texas Stadium, look for Spur 482.
  • Exit onto Spur 482 westbound. This will put you on a frontage road at the CarMax auto dealership. Travel ½ mile, to the left side entrance onto Spur 482. Get onto Spur 482.
  • Travel 9/10 of a mile on Spur 482 to first traffic light. This is Justice Way. Turn left.
